RZ Resources Copi Mineral Sands Project

Rimcorp was engaged by Ausenco Services Pty Ltd, the Study Manager, to lead the Non-Process Infrastructure and accommodation workstreams across the DFS.

The mine site NPI scope covers the full suite of permanent non-process facilities to be delivered under a single-point EPC contract — gatehouse and mine entry, administration complex, emergency response building, RECP office, ablutions, crib and bathhouse precinct including commercial laundry, general maintenance and mobile plant workshops, warehouse, bulk fuel and LPG storage, LV/HV washdown bays and an emergency helipad — together with the NPI masterplan, building data sheets, specifications, scope of work and Class 4 estimate that form the EPC tender basis.

In parallel, Rimcorp developed the accommodation procurement package across three phases (pioneer camp, construction camp at peak capacity, and the permanent operations village). Rimcorp prepared the complete tender suite — scope of work, pricing preamble, returnable schedules, commercial terms and conditions — and is managing market engagement and evaluation in concert with Ausenco and RZ Resources.
